    The location was great and lovely, relatively near Atherton Tableland. The room was good-sized with safe for safety measures, and a great big balcony, an excellent air-conditioning, and Nespresso coffee. I stayed here for 5 days and would stay here again.

    The views from the balcony were fine. I appreciated the clean and spacious room with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Staff provided a warm welcome and were very helpful throughout my stay. The bathroom could use some attention. It had a dusty exhaust fan that I wiped down myself. I found the shower head positioned too low, which might be uncomfortable for taller guests. The only downside was having to pay for parking each night. I would happily return due to the great location and overall comfort.

    Nice food in the restaurant, very good and adequate breakfast with fresh fruit and a voucher on check-in and hot dishes. Contemporary, neat room on the higher floors. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location, just a short walk away from Lagoon Public Swimming Pool.

    The location of the hotel was great. Being right on the esplanade made it close to everything we needed. I liked that we were able to book our tours right from the hotel and the people that booked our tours were very knowledgeable.

    The elevator music was horrible!

    Who knew? Not me!

    A fantastic location with amazing views! Our spacious room on the 8th floor offered glimpses of the marina, perfect for observing the sunset. The included breakfast was not only adequate, but the coffee was good. Friendly staff!

    Closeness to shopping, casino, esplanade, and restaurants. Lifts were quick. Staff at concierge desk very helpful(especially the woman)

    It did not have a porter to carry the suitcases up the stairs at the entry.

    Great stay in a bustling area

    The hotel's central location allowed us easy access to the pier and local attractions. The friendly staff and clean rooms. Don't miss trying the tasty breakfast buffet!

    The air conditioning in the room struggled to keep the temperature cool. A few areas in the room also showed signs of wear and tear.

    I stayed in the room that was a recently renovated bathroom and available with a stunning view. The location was particularly good and perfect, within walking distance of Cairns Regional Council.

    The food in the hotel restaurant was exceptional I had the brazilian bbq where various types of meat was carved at your table and straight onto your plate I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure and will stay again on my next business trip in sept

    Couples looking for a great stay

    The views from the balcony were nothing short of amazing. I even caught some rainbow lorikeets at sunset right outside the hotel, a real treat.

    It wasn't cheap, but the experience made it worthwhile.

    A lovely hotel, ideally situated close to the sea front, harbour/wharf,shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable with friendly, professional staff who offer excellent customer service. Would recommend to others wishing to stay in Cairns. Excellent food both in-room service and the hotel restaurant.
